As a Business Analyst, you will lead end-to-end requirements management for medium to large-scale projects, collaborating with business and technical teams to drive digital transformation.
Note: This is a Hybrid Role based in Montreal, QC (3 Days/Week from Office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, facilitate discovery sessions, and document business/system requirements.
- Lead requirements prioritization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support testing, implementation, and maintain reusable documentation.
- Collaborate closely with developers and technical leads on tech-related matters.
Must-Have Skills \& Experience:
- 8+ years as a BA/BSA in an Agile environment.
- Strong background in banking and financial institutions.
- Experience in payments and digital banking (Online/Mobile) is a huge advantage.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and planning.
- Exposure to retail banking, wealth management, and lending.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and gap analysis skills.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Visio, Mural, Figma.
- Familiarity with BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) best practices for requirements management and analysis.
Nice-to-Have Skills \& Experience:
- Experience in personal lending and digital transformation.
- API testing (Postman), accessibility standards, Agile/Waterfall frameworks.
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification.
