What You Will Be Doing

Leveraging cutting-edge generative AI to transform manual workflows into automated systems across all organizational levels
Conducting ruthlessly honest assessments of divisional performance, identifying both strengths to amplify and weaknesses to eliminate
Designing and implementing strategic restructuring plans for specific operational units (Customer Support, Pricing, Sales, etc.) following Trilogy's battle-tested methodology

What You Won't Be Doing

Drowning in administrative tasks or traditional management hierarchy - we've automated the busywork so you can focus on high-impact transformation
Babysitting operations after you've optimized them - once a division is running efficiently, you'll move to the next challenge requiring your expertise
Creating strategies from scratch - we provide the proven operational playbook, you execute it with precision while offering valuable refinements

Management Consultant Key Responsibilities

Implement and refine our established operational frameworks to revitalize underperforming companies - we'll give you the blueprint, you'll bring it to life (and help us make it even better)
Drive measurable improvements in profit margins and customer retention across our portfolio of acquired software companies

Basic Requirements

Current residence in North, Central, or South America
Minimum 5 years of enterprise software industry experience, with deep knowledge of software development and operational practices
At least 5 years working directly in operational roles
Minimum 3 years in customer-facing positions (Support, Sales, Collections, etc.)
Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools to achieve measurable productivity enhancements
