Type: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite)Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for 20--25 roles, primarily in North America and occasionally EuropePartner with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies
Post job openings and source candidates using social media and networking tools
Screen and present qualified candidates for selection
Schedule interviews and coordinate offer and onboarding processes
Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
Support recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:3--5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in insurance or financial services
Fluent in English and French (spoken, written, and reading)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities
Experience with alternative sourcing strategies
Professional demeanor and consultative approach with hiring managers
Previous experience using Workday and/or Phenom is an asset
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if experience is strong
