Insight Global is looking to hire a Marketing Operations Manager for a growing Consulting Agency in midtown Toronto!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage client engagements from planning through to execution and delivery.
- Conduct client interviews and gather requirements for business process mapping prior to development engagements.
- Manage and delegate weekly billable hours for our development team across accounts.
- Lead weekly status calls with clients and manage accounts to maintain client relationships.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Support business development through aligning resources, developing pitches, and identifying key market opportunities.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and interns where required on client engagements.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools.
Must Haves:
- Ideally 5 years of experience across one or more of the following fields: business strategy, business operations, consulting, marketing, or operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce.
- Proven experience leading or co-leading client projects and managing relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
- Adaptability and comfort operating in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working with project management tools and agile methodologies (e.g., Jira).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage both technical and non-technical team members and external stakeholders.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience leading technical development teams or managing technical delivery in a client-facing capacity is an asset but not required.
- Strong knowledge of any of the following Adobe Experience Cloud products (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager: Sites \& Assets, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Real-Time CDP, or Adobe Workfront) is an asset but not required.
- Previous experience in a boutique consulting firm is a bonus.
Additional Preferences:
- Background in marketing and consultant experience.
- Non-traditional backgrounds are welcome; interest in marketing and ability to pick up concepts quickly.
- Management experience with a focus on business transformation and digital transformation.
