Overview
Flyover is looking for a Project Manager, Marketing to join our team. This role is focused on driving the successful execution of marketing initiatives by managing timelines, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration. As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, the Project Manager will ensure campaigns and creative assets are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business objectives. This highly organized and detail-oriented professional will streamline processes, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and play a central role in bringing Flyover's brand and marketing efforts to life across all channels.
What is the compensation for this role?
The wage is 60k-65kCAD annually and a full breakdown of perks and benefits will be discussed during the interview prrocess.
What will you do in this job?
- Lead and manage cross-functional marketing projects from concept through execution, ensuring on-time delivery aligned with strategic goals
- Develop and maintain project timelines, workback schedules, and task workflows using Asana, optimizing team capacity and workload
- Coordinate the development and execution of creative assets across channels---digital, print, web, and in-market---for campaigns, promotions, and film changeovers
- Support paid media execution by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners on creative development, approvals, and trafficking
- Serve as the primary liaison between Revenue Operations, geography based sales/marketing teams, and creative vendors, ensuring clear communication and efficient project flow
- Monitor project performance, provide regular updates, and support creative optimizations based on reporting and campaign results
- Assist with budget tracking and invoice management for the Marketing Operations team
- Other duties and projects as assigned

What skills and experience do you need for this job?
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- A Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification) is an asset but not required
Ideal Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, ideally within marketing, creative services, or advertising
- Experience within the hospitality, tourism, or attractions sector is strongly preferred
- Expertise in project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and familiarity with marketing tools and timelines
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Experience working cross-functionally with creatives, marketers, and external vendors
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven by process improvement
