This is a hybrid onsite role. Employees are expected to be in our Toronto office Tuesdays-Thursday, and work remotely Mondays and Fridays.

Our supplier ecosystem enables 18,000 supplier-partners to manage their e-commerce activities effectively, including product management, inventory, and order fulfillment, which is vital for our growth.
The Advertising team collaborates with our supplier community to create solutions that increase their sales and exposure through targeted ads and sponsorships, generating significant revenue and growth for Wayfair.
What You'll Do
- Own and develop the strategic analytic agenda to unlock insights and guide the business.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and creative teams to leverage data for decision-making and growth.
- Apply data science techniques to solve complex problems.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests using Bayesian or frequentist methodologies to improve customer experiences.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.
- 2 years in analytics, testing, or predictive modeling.
- Experience with experimentation methodologies like A/B testing.
- Proficiency in data science techniques such as classification, regression, and clustering.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, experience with BigQuery, Looker, and cloud platforms like GCP.
- Ability to communicate complex insights to senior leadership.
