Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in understanding business needs, analyzing data, and translating those insights into actionable strategies and solutions.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience or knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and processes is a significant plus.
Responsibilities: ·
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand business requirements, objectives, and challenges.
· Elicit, document, and analyze business needs through various techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis.
· Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and testable functional and non-functional specifications.
· Develop and maintain process flows, use cases, and other relevant documentation.
· Perform data analysis using SQL to extract, manipulate, and interpret data to support business decisions and identify trends.
· Identify, analyze, and document business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
· Collaborate with technical teams (developers, testers) to ensure clear understanding of requirements and facilitate effective implementation. · Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.
· Contribute to the development of training materials and provide user support as needed. · Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
· Participate in projects related to AML compliance, including understanding regulatory requirements, analyzing transaction data for suspicious activity, and contributing to the development of AML systems and processes.
