Ce que vous ferez:

Créer des miniatures YouTube pour Unseen
Collaborer tout au long avec l'équipe de production pour imaginer, et exécuter les concepts
Comprendre le ton et la voix de Unseen et innover dans les visuels tout en respectant la continuité
Participer à une réunion hebdomadaire sur Zoom pour brainstormer des concepts de miniatures avec l'équipe créative (pendant les heures de travail)
Fournir le fichier PSD ainsi que 2 miniatures YouTube finales par vidéo, en tenant compte des retours, dans des délais raisonnables
Un portfolio solide comprenant du design graphique, des illustrations 2D et des miniatures YouTube
Une excellente compréhension des bonnes pratiques et tendances sur YouTube
Maîtrise d'Adobe Photoshop
À l'aise avec les retours et volonté de collaborer avec une équipe passionnée
Excellentes compétences en communication
Désir de collaborer, expérimenter avec de nouvelles des idées, et d'apprendre en équipe et en critiques
Atouts:
Expérience en création de miniatures pour d'autres créateurs YouTube ou Snapchat
Intérêt sincère pour le type de contenu que nous produisons!
Entrevue avec la responsable
Création d'une miniature test pour un projet (rémunérée)

Who we are: Job Overview: Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating YouTube thumbnails for
Work with the production team to ideate and execute the concepts
Understand the tone of the brands and innovate the thumbnails while still staying true to the shows' voice
Can attend 1 meeting per week on Zoom to ideate and brainstorm thumbnail concepts with the creative team (within working hours)
Deliver the PSD file \& 2 finished Youtube thumbnails aligned with the feedback, per video in a timely manner

What you will bring:

A strong portfolio featuring graphic design, 2D illustrations \& YouTube thumbnails
A strong understanding of YouTube best practices and trends
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
Thrives on feedback and looking to work collaboratively with a passionate team
Strong communication skills
Eager to brainstorm, try new things, and learn with teamwork
Assets:
Experience designing thumbnails with other YouTube or Snapchat creators
Genuine interest in the content we're creating!
