We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator responsible for full cycle recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, and general HR administration. The HR Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, providing high-quality service and support across the organization.

In this role, you will...
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Manage employee setup, conduct onboarding orientations, and maintain employee records
- Handle employee offboarding and conduct exit interviews
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Enhance your HRIS skills by using Dayforce across various HR functions
- Keep HR databases and systems current and accurate, and communicate relevant HR program information to employees
- Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries and requests
- Lead and participate in special projects
Ideal Candidate Profile:
You have demonstrated the ability to:
- Perform administrative tasks across diverse HR functions with high accuracy
- Utilize HRIS systems (Ceridian Dayforce preferred) and Microsoft 365 applications, especially MS Excel
- Manage time effectively and organize multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Communicate effectively and collaborate within a small team
- Think critically and suggest process improvements
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus
