We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, energetic, and fun-to-work-with individual to fill the role of 'Sales \& Service Coordinator' in either our Edmonton or Calgary office.

In this role, you will support 6-8 outside sales representatives by understanding their account needs and creating client-specific notes to maintain customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include creating and maintaining detailed order records and managing future/forecasted orders to ensure materials are available and orders are correctly processed.

You will collaborate closely with the Customer Service and Operations teams in Edmonton and Calgary, ensuring effective inter-departmental communication to facilitate smooth order flow, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.

This role requires some travel between Edmonton and Calgary facilities for in-person client meetings, onboarding, and after-hour networking events with sales professionals.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to pivot between tasks seamlessly.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP software (PipeDrive \& Sage-300).
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive problem-solving skills with strong analytical abilities.
Team player capable of collaborating with various stakeholders.
Interest in learning technical product details, including industry-related courses for accreditation.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar high-paced role with increasing responsibilities; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
