This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the seamless flow of products and supplies into, within, and out of a Distribution Centre. You will play a pivotal role in executing and monitoring inbound, outbound, and inventory operations that enable our world-class Distribution approach. THE ROLE
As the Senior Distribution Centre Supervisor/Distribution Centre Supervisor, Afternoon Weekend, you will lead the team to:
- Uphold operational excellence within our Distribution Centres
- Facilitate the intake of shipments arriving to our Distribution Network
- Manage activities involved in fulfilling shipments sent from our Distribution Network
- Coordinate the movement of inventory within our Distribution Network
- Ensure workplace safety, health, and violence prevention measures are upheld
- Collaborate with Business Support partners to lead daily department functions, support corporate objectives, and foster career development and an excellent employee experience
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for the Senior Distribution Centre Supervisor/Distribution Centre Supervisor, Afternoon Weekend, role will have:
- Proven skills, education, and/or certifications in Distribution Centre leadership, retail or apparel operations, and distribution automation
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- A dedication to quality and results that add value to the business
