Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team and bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to gather requirements, analyze processes, and implement IT solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
Main Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables;
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams;
- Support IT system enhancements, integrations, and implementations;
- Identify process improvements and recommend technical solutions;
- Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and diagrams;
- Assist in testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT);
- Provide end-user training and create system documentation;
- Work closely with product owners to ensure that solutions align with business goals.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of previous Business Analysis experience, preferably within a retail environment;
- Strong understanding of business process analysis;
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow automation;
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies;
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, and Visio);
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
