Job Description:
As our business grows, so does our HR team! We seek a talented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with organizational leaders, shaping and building teams. You will lead initiatives across departments, support organizational design, manage talent acquisition projects, process improvements, and handle full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. Responsibilities:

Partner with leaders to design and build scalable teams

Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including:

Creating job descriptions and scorecards

Sourcing candidates and reviewing applications

Scheduling interviews

Presenting offers and negotiating

Conducting reference checks

Lead and participate in Talent Acquisition and People \& Culture projects
Requirements and Skills:
- 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience working directly with ELT and SLT stakeholders
- Proven direct sourcing skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Self-driven, problem-solver
- Strong collaboration skills
- In-house recruitment experience required; SaaS experience preferred
