Consultant Onboarding Specialist - Hybrid out of Insight Globals Toronto Office The Insight Global Consultant Onboarding Department is seeking an Onboarding Specialist who is passionate about providing a seamless onboarding experience for our Consultants while mitigating risk to the company by ensuring that all Consultants we hire meet Insight Global's and our Client's onboarding criteria prior to beginning assignment. Inform newly hired Consultant of their onboarding activities via email \& telephone. - Build relationships and partnerships with Consultant Onboarding Leadership, Compliance, Contracts, Legal, National Accounts, AMs and RECs to ensure all Consultants are onboarded correctly and efficiently.
- Implement and adopt new processes to enhance our Consultant experience and Department performance. - Maintain knowledge of onboarding activities and requirements to ensure policies and procedures related to background checks, drug screens, work authorizations, client specific documents, required trainings, payroll documents, etc. Strong Excel, data entry, research and time management skills -
