Job Summary
FLIR Unmanned Aerial Systems, a subsidiary of Teledyne FLIR, located in the greater Montreal area, is seeking dynamic and motivated candidates for a key position in its manufacturing team. Our ISO 9001-certified facility designs, builds, and services advanced surveillance radar systems sold worldwide. Our radar systems are among the best performers and most reliable in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Inspect Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)
- Conduct Acceptance Testing on PCBs
- Debug and repair PCBs
- Perform electrical and mechanical assembly
- Conduct thermal cycling tests on final products
- Enter software configurations into final products
- Monitor and schedule equipment calibration
- Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives (e.g., 5S)
- Perform maintenance and calibration on equipment
- Repair defective radar units
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- College diploma in Electronics
- At least 1 year of experience in electronic manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Experience in a small business environment is an asset
- Bilingual in French and English, with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
