This seasonal sales support role involves assisting with delivering excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring compliance in all areas of store activity. The role supports creating a Customer First culture by managing customer traffic, queue lines, and administrative duties to achieve high efficiency, safety, and security.

Your role at Peoples Jewellers:
As a member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for providing a superior experience to our valued customers. Your duties include:
- Engaging customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires
- Presenting merchandise and sharing detailed information about product features and benefits
- Providing information on extended service plans and financing options
- Meeting individual and team sales goals
We think you'd be great for this role if you have:
- A desire to help our customers celebrate special moments
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience
- Flexible availability during peak hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
- A positive, customer-focused approach
- Strong communication and relational skills
