Job Description: Responsibilities:

Manage inbound calls and provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and concerns.
Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update records and databases.
Coordinate and schedule appointments while adhering to organizational timelines.
Compose and respond to email correspondence in a timely and precise manner.
Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Maintain a scent-free work environment as per organizational policy.
Support daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and organizational goals.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:

Minimum of a high school diploma is required.
At least 2 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle inbound calls effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to commit to the full duration of the contract without interruptions.
Adherence to a scent-free workplace policy.
