Job Description

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers on advice, transactions, digital education, and problem resolution.
- Understand customer needs and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Educate customers on digital banking trends like mobile, ATM, and online banking.
- Support frontline staff with transactions and report issues.
- Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Complete business processes accurately and in compliance with regulations and TD's ethics.
- Promote a positive work environment and participate in personal development.
Requirements
- High School diploma and/or 1 years relevant experience.
- Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent within 6 months.
- Post-secondary degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software.
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes.
- Independent, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
