The Position
As a Banquet Server, your role involves providing excellent food service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner at banquet functions and events
- Prepare and maintain food and beverage presentation
- Set up banquet facilities for various events
- Handle monetary transactions and balance floats
- Meet guest requests and provide superior customer service
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in food service and cash handling is an asset
- Experience in concessions, catering, or event setup is an asset
- Outgoing personality and pleasant demeanor
- Ability to handle high volume in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- French language skills are an asset
