General Manager -- Join Our Vibrant Breakfast Restaurant in Kelowna!

We're seeking a high-energy, experienced General Manager to oversee our popular Kelowna location. This role requires strong leadership skills, a genuine love for food and hospitality, and a dedication to excellence. As General Manager, you'll lead a talented team, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and drive the restaurant's success while staying aligned with our core values and vision.

Lead both front and back-of-house teams, ensuring excellent hospitality and consistent guest satisfaction.
Manage daily operations, including scheduling, decision-making, and planning to maintain top-quality food and service standards.
Inspire, mentor, and develop your team through training, coaching, and ongoing support to help them grow and succeed.
Oversee recruitment efforts, including resume reviews, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
Ensure the restaurant is always clean, organized, and well-maintained to meet company standards.
Handle administrative responsibilities such as payroll, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Drive profitability through effective inventory management, local marketing, and cost control strategies.
Proven experience in a management role within a full-service, hospitality-driven restaurant.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Solid experience with scheduling, budgeting, and operational management.
A stable work history with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.

Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays (the restaurant operates from 7am to 3pm daily, with no evening shifts).
