• Support software deployment to production systems.
• Create and Maintain SOP's, training documents for each release.
• Provide in-person support and training to users for application changes.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong willingness to learn.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure smooth rollout, resolve issues and as required for any escalation.
• Collect feedback to refine processes.
• Work on initiatives and continuous improvement process around proactive reporting, and support.
• Provides regular updates to internal and external teams as required.
Mandatory skills and experience:
• Must be a strong communicator in English and French, both written and verbally.
• 2-3 years of experience preferably in pharmacy management systems.
• Must have good documentation skills to create clear and concise documents.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks to ensure no slippage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Driver's license.
