Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the Opportunity? Receives, investigates, and responds to all customer inquiries and complaints regarding banking products and services; processes basic bank service transactions. With extensive knowledge of the job and policies/practices, performs a wide range of advanced administrative/operational assignments.
What will you do? Assists clients with client transaction fulfillment. Responds to client inquiries regarding bank products and services via phone or emaill; obtains and analyzes the validity of a customer's requests/complaints.Resolves complaints from clients pertaining to banking services and provides follow-up calls when necessary.
Keeps records of all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, actions taken, etc., as well as banking service transactions performed. What do you need to succeed? Must have:
- Multi-tasking, problem-solving and team working skills
- Strong communication and organization
- Proven track record of strong relationship management skills
- Microsoft Office, Word, ExcelNice to have:
