What you will be doing
- Deliver efficient and responsive business process services to meet SLA's and customer satisfaction.
- Help solve operational problems quickly and efficiently.
- Build relationships with users, manage expectations, and resolve operational issues.
- Respond to requests from the line manager to meet business needs.
- Provide first-line diagnosis, resolution, and escalation of incidents and service requests on the Service Desk.
- Maintain the Managed Print Solution, including servers, print queues, and user configurations to ensure maximum availability.
- Assist with the IT onboarding process, managing device installations and ensuring SLAs are met.
Qualifications and Skills
- Advanced IT and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of print management applications and utilities.
- Basic SQL administration.
- Strong communication skills at all levels.
- Customer-focused with good business acumen.
- Understanding of third-party vendor management.
- Ability to work flexibly and under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with leadership abilities.
- Experience in managing high-performing teams.
