- Greet customers and provide front-line service
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Process customer payments accurately
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks (experience is an asset)
- Perform general office administrative duties as required

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Experience with bookkeeping is a definite asset
- Ability to adapt to a fluctuating daily schedule
