Performance Auto Group is thrilled to announce the newest addition to our growing family, Brampton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! Located at 190 Canam Crescent in the Brampton Auto Mall, our fantastic team will be sure to wow you!
Brampton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a 310S Licensed Automotive Technician to join their high-volume shop in Brampton. Candidates who have completed or are near completing their Chrysler Technician training will be prioritized.

Here's What You'll Deliver
- Examine vehicles to determine safety or service work needed.
- Prepare reports on repairs and recommendations.
- Estimate flat rate times using manuals and policies.
- Obtain parts prices and availability.
- Perform work efficiently and accurately per standards.
- Order parts upon authorization and tag warranty or insurance parts as needed.
- Road-test vehicles after service, especially if drivability is affected.
- Ensure thorough, timely work completion.
- Supervise apprentices and report deficiencies.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on technical bulletins.
- Learn emerging technologies and prevent rework.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area.
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What do you need to succeed?
- Fully licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S or higher).
- Chrysler Technician training is an asset.
- Availability to work on Saturdays as needed.
- 3-5 years of automotive mechanical experience.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Willingness to learn and succeed.
- Team-oriented, hardworking, positive attitude.
- Grade 12 or GED.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proven diagnostic and electrical skills.

Job Type: Full-Time - Permanent
Salary Range: $80,000 - $140,000 (flat hourly rate)
