Cytodiagnostics Inc. is looking for a highly motivated Laboratory and Operations Technician to join our team in Burlington, ON. Requires use of independent judgement; perform under general directions and work as an integral part of our operational and manufacturing development team in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture and process nano-materials, including gold and silver nanoparticles
- Assist with daily operational tasks, including order entry, packaging, shipping, and inventory management
- Maintain detailed manufacturing and operational records in compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality standards
- Support quality control efforts across both laboratory and operations activities
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.

- Self-motivated and independent with the ability to drive projects forward
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in writing/reviewing SOPs, study reports
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Industry experience, and working in an ISO environment is an asset
- Having the confidence and ability to identify and communicate new potential opportunities is an asset
- Experience in operations, shipping/receiving, or administrative support
- Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
