Our Team and Goals
The Alliances Customer Success team manages relationships with TELUS Health's channel partners. The Associate Customer Success Manager builds trusted relationships with clients, drives growth, and provides excellent service, including contract negotiations and renewals related to Employee Assistance and Support Programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue and growth targets
- Respond to client inquiries and service requests
- Execute client contracts and programs
- Review internal reports and identify issues
- Issue reports to clients
- Manage renewal processes
- Support client meetings and planning
- Conduct orientations and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues
- Manage Quality Assurance reviews
- Follow up on consultations
- Update and utilize CRM system
Qualifications
- University degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in sales or account management
- Experience with HR, Wellness, or EAP programs is a plus
- Ability to manage a client portfolio independently
- Responsive and strategic in client interactions
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Proven ability to meet revenue targets
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French required
