Your role at Peoples Jewellers:
As a member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for providing a superior experience to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
• Engaging customers to understand their needs and desires
• Presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits
• Providing information on extended service plans and financing options
• Meeting individual and team sales goals
We think you'd be great for this role if you have:
• A desire to help customers celebrate life's special moments
• Strong experience in customer service, sales, retail, or jewelry
• Flexible availability during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• A positive, customer-focused approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
