Job Description
At AbbVie, as we enhance our customer engagement model within our local organization, we seek talent to join our Canadian affiliate to improve affiliate performance through Infield team (IFT) excellence models, tools, and insights.
As a cross-functional partner, you will be responsible for boosting infield effectiveness by leveraging data insights, implementing capability enhancements, and supporting IFT planning \& execution processes across teams. You will collaborate with Customer Excellence, Business Technology Solutions, Commercial Business Units, Medical, and Market Access teams to ensure aligned strategies and implementations.
This position is based in Montreal and reports to the Lead, InField and Brand Excellence within the Customer Excellence division.
Major Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Insight Generation:

Analyze sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities.

Generate insights to inform strategic decisions and improve performance.

Present analyses to leadership to support business goals.
- Performance Monitoring:

Track and assess sales and initiative effectiveness.

Identify success areas and opportunities for process improvements.

Recommend adjustments based on performance data.
- CRM System Optimization:

Help optimize CRM systems for better data capture and user experience.

Integrate CRM insights into field strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Capability Enhancement Implementation:

Identify infield team development needs.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align regional capability roadmaps.

Design and monitor targeted programs for capability building.
- Process Improvement:

Streamline sales processes for efficiency.

Leverage multi-channel communication strategies.

Implement continuous improvement practices.
- Cross-Functional Alignment:

Work with Medical and Market Access teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years relevant business experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- 1-3 years in sales operations or analytics, with experience managing CRM and other tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in industry data sets like IQVIA.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and quality standards.
- Technologically savvy, with proficiency in data analytics, visualization, CRM, AI/ML.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in English and French, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, Healthcare, or related field.
