We are seeking a motivated and meticulous Night Auditor to manage the nightly accounting operations of our establishment. With your sense of hospitality, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in an unpredictable environment, you will ensure smooth financial operations. Warm and professional, you will maintain an open and empathetic attitude towards guests while fostering effective communication with both internal and external services.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform all accounting operations related to the night audit.
- Prepare and deliver nightly financial reports to the relevant managers.
- Verify and reconcile financial deposits.
- Ensure the security of the premises and guests.
- Provide exceptional service to guests.
- Answer and route phone calls.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and data.
