We are seeking a passionateFront Desk Agentwith a natural sense of hospitality and a passion for guest satisfaction. Driven by the desire to provide an exceptional experience, you will anticipate guests' needs and demonstrate creativity in handling unexpected situations. Warm and professional, you will ensure smooth communication with all departments, contributing to the overall success of the team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon their arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay by promptly addressing their needs and resolving any issues effectively and courteously.
- Offer personalized advice and guidance on local attractions, restaurants, and events to enhance the Montreal experience for guests.
- Communicate and implement new procedures and policies related to guest reception.
- Manage administrative tasks related to arrivals and departures, including reservations, payments, and required documentation.
- Answer phone calls professionally, filter and transfer calls to the appropriate departments.
- Collaborate closely with various hotel departments to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
- Ensure that public areas of the hotel are always clean and welcoming, coordinating with the relevant department if necessary.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to optimize guest service and hotel operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and act with the highest level of discretion in all situations.
