Position: Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain \& Manufacturing Associate Director (Remote)
Location: Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA)
Job Duties:
- Perform hands-on and billable activities in support of Oracle SCM Cloud or EBS engagements.
- Facilitate client meetings on topics across core SCM Cloud Modules - Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Inventory, Supplier Portal.
- Manage project team members to ensure successful completion of activities.
- Oversee the delivery of quality deliverables and adherence to plans.
- Contribute to defining project strategies for data migration, data integration, reporting, etc.
- Participate in planning activities for new engagements including scoping, solutioning, estimating, staffing.
- Participate in risk and issue mitigation.
- Engage with and communicate with clients at leadership level.
- Perform pre-sales activities including proposal writing and client presentations.
- Contribute to the Oracle Practice Canada leadership team to motivate team members and grow revenue.
- Engage with Oracle partners for briefings and training to stay updated on product changes.
- Translate business requirements into workable solutions.
- Manage a team of direct reports.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 15 years of Oracle Applications experience, including 5-7 years in Oracle SCM Cloud implementation.
- Well-versed in core SCM Cloud Modules.
- Hands-on experience on at least 3 Oracle SCM Cloud projects.
- Understanding of Oracle SCM Cloud setup and architecture.
- Knowledge of SCM Cloud integration with other modules like Financials, HCM, etc.
- Experience with Data Conversion, Migrations, Interfaces, Reports.
- At least 10 years of experience with Oracle EBS and/or ERP Procurement Cloud.
- Cross-functional knowledge in Source to Pay cycle, inventory, planning applications.
- Experience supporting large, multi-location clients.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer skills.
- Self-starter, team player, results-oriented.
- Experience managing direct reports.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with pre-sales solutions and estimates.
- Knowledge of Order Orchestration, Costing.
- Graduate degree and Oracle certification preferred.
- Experience with finance solutions in EBS or Oracle Cloud.
