Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a well-experienced Architect focused on healthcare projects to join our team.

Role accountabilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Alberta's healthcare sector to expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Meet with clients, represent the firm at various groups, and lead presentations.
- Lead the design and delivery of complex healthcare projects, ensuring alignment with client needs, regulations, and healthcare design best practices.
- Lead or participate in multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring quality delivery and meeting Arcadis' commercial goals.
- Serve as a design and technical resource for project teams.
- Travel approximately 25% of the time to meet clients or visit project sites.
Qualifications \& Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in healthcare architecture.
- Licensed Architect.
- Experience managing and mentoring teams of Architects, Technologists, and Designers.
- Experience in client engagement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000, based on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
