We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Duties
- Deliver high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients, understanding their preferences, and offering professional advice.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work atmosphere and support each other in achieving salon goals.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with innovative styling options.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in various hair styling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
- Experience in customer service roles, demonstrating the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Knowledge of retail sales practices, including upselling strategies, is an advantage.
Experience:
Hair styling: 2 years (required)
