Rewarding, collaborative and lively workplace cultureTHE ROLE The Maintenance and Carpentry Supervisor role is for an experienced \& ambitious leader in the trades. With multi-trade knowledge and the utmost attention to detail, you will be responsible for directing the efficient operations and hands-on maintenance of Scotlynn facilities and special projects. How You'll Do ItPlanning, overseeing and executing construction, renovations and maintenance of projects
Coordinating and executing maintenance of facilities and grounds
Ensuring building systems are functioning properly and safely
Ensuring the facilities comply with all relevant laws and regulations
Maintaining accurate records of inspections and compliance reports
Training \& supervising general laborers throughout constructionsABOUT YOUSuccessful Scotlynn Candidates Have:Experience in a variety of trades including general maintenance, general labour, electrical, mechanical and plumbing
Attention to detail
Trustworthy, reliable \& adaptable
Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively (written \& verbal) in English; ability to communicate verbally in Spanish is an asset
