Position Title : Sr. Operations Manager Location
- Prince George Knowledge, Skills \& Abilities Required:
- 5-10 years of Operations or Maintenance experience in the Natural Gas Industry
- Formal education, a technical degree or equivalent certifications and less years experience may be considered.
- Effective communication and relationship development.
- Self driven and strong ability to prioritize work through periods of heavy workload and competing priorities.
- Extensive operations or technical experience related to gas transportation equipment and systems.
(ie. Pipeline and Compression)
- Working knowledge of gas related programs, processes and familiar with gas industry standards and best operating practices.
Preferred:
- Extensive experience working with the Westcoast Operations teams and is familiar with stations equipment.
- Experience as a field level leader.
- Working knowledge of Management of Change, Work Management, Operations Training Programs, Operational Readiness and Assurance Processes and Commissioning and Handover best practices.
