This is a pivotal leadership position for someone with a Journeyman Electrical or Instrumentation background and strong experience managing teams in the industrial or oil \& gas sector.

You'll Be Doing:Lead a team of 10 tradespeople, 1 electrical manager, and 1 administrator
Drive safety culture (BBOs, TRIF, LTI) and ensure compliance with health \& safety standards
Manage financial performance and achieve EBITDA targets
Oversee hiring, performance, and structure of the team with full autonomy
Engage directly with industrial clients (oil \& gas and forestry)Lead business development efforts and expand market share in the region
Collaborate with regional operations and support teams (HR, Finance, Purchasing)Key Qualifications:Journeyman Electrician or Instrumentation Technician (mandatory)5+ years in a senior supervisory or management role
Estimating experience in residential and commercial projects
Strong leadership and operations experience
Knowledge of business processes and team management
Experience using Microsoft Office, ERP systems, Salesforce, and safety software
