Job Summary And Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field;
- Experience managing large programs and staff;
- Experience in Highway asset management, planning and/or design and construction;
- Experience in project management including managing contracts, budgets and supervising technical and professional staff and consultants.
- Project management experience and certification (PMP or similar) would be an asset.
- Asset management certification (CAMP or similar) would be an asset.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders;
- Experience managing conflicting and competing priorities;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
- Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic decision-making skills with the ability to make date-driven decisions.
Conditions of Employment
- Class 5 driver's licence or equivalent
