Reporting to the Director of Sales \& Marketing, the Sales Support Specialist plays a central role in managing customer relationships and driving marketing initiatives that support client growth and brand visibility. This hybrid position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day account management tasks, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring clients receive timely, proactive service that aligns with business goals. In addition, this role provides secondary support to sales administrative functions, helping to maintain CRM accuracy, coordinate internal activities, and assist in sales reporting. The Sales Support Specialist collaborates closely with the Client Advocate and other internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding through retention, while also contributing to campaign execution, lead generation efforts, and market research. This is a highly collaborative role that bridges strategy and operations within the Sales \& Marketing team. The role also includes performing other related duties as needed to support team and company objectives.
Account Management (Primary)

Act as a day-to-day point of contact for client accounts, maintaining strong and proactive communication.

Monitor client health, engagement, and renewal timelines; flag risks and opportunities for upsell or retention.

Assist in onboarding new clients, coordinating with Sales, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure a smooth transition.

Track and document key interactions, feedback, and touchpoints in HubSpot or other CRM systems.

Support ongoing relationship management by helping to identify client needs and facilitate appropriate internal responses.
Marketing Coordination (Primary)

Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, including email, digital, and event-based initiatives.

Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as presentations, newsletters, and sales collateral.

Conduct industry and competitor research to inform campaign targeting, messaging, and strategy.

Help plan and coordinate promotional events, webinars, product launches, and trade shows.

Monitor campaign performance metrics and assist with the preparation of performance reports and insights.
Sales Administration (Supportive)

Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking deliverables.

Maintain and update CRM records to ensure timely, complete, and accurate sales data.

Assist in processing sales documentation, reviewing records, and ensuring alignment with client contracts and project scopes.

Generate reports related to sales activity and assist in monitoring team performance indicators.
