You'll be responsible for building high-quality, production-ready interfaces within established design systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves the nuts and bolts of design---bringing interfaces to life with precision and polish---while always keeping the user front and centre. Design and maintain robust, reusable components and UI patterns in Figma Partner with engineers to ensure accurate implementation and design fidelity Deliver clean, consistent, and user-friendly designs across web and mobile platforms Uphold and extend the design system to maintain visual and interaction consistency Always advocate for the customer, ensuring that designs not only support business goals but are deeply rooted in user needs Bridge the gap between stakeholder requirements and intuitive, functional user experiences Contribute to design critiques and iterate based on feedback Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making and design processes Collaborate with others to drive flexible and iterative solutions, quickly and easily.
