Manage the company inbox and respond to internal and external inquiries
Support Wi-Fi, access, and tech troubleshooting alongside our IT team
Keep calendars, databases, and internal portals up to date
Assist with logistics for meetings, programs, and small events
Help create bi-weekly reports for the executive team
Pitch in wherever needed to keep operations seamless

Excellent organization and communication skills
Comfort with Gmail, Google Docs, Slack, and similar tools
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt quicklyA collaborative, can-do attitude and a desire to keep learning
