We are seeking a Production Manager to join our team at Lockwood Industries. The Production Manager will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques to enhance productivity.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams for timely material availability.
- Utilize MRP systems to plan production schedules effectively.
- Lead and mentor production staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on new product development and fabrication processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of manufacturing processes.
