Role Importance

Position Details
This is a remote, bilingual role based in Quebec, with a focus on patient support programs. The COVID-19 vaccination policy applies, requiring full vaccination or regular testing to access the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for patients and prescribers in support programs.
- Conduct welcome calls, introduce programs, and obtain patient consent.
- Inform patients about program services and support them through their treatment journey.
- Understand medications and reimbursement mechanisms thoroughly.
- Advocate for patients, explore funding options, and manage documentation for reimbursements.
- Coordinate services to ensure timely access to treatment, including training on self-injection.
- Collaborate with team members and manage escalations to improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain communication with patients regarding adherence and medication delivery.
- Report adverse events and product complaints promptly.
Qualifications
- College diploma or university degree required.
- 2-3 years' experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals, preferably working directly with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Experience with public and private drug reimbursement plans.
- 2-3 years in customer service or call centers.
- Strong computer skills; experience with CRM databases is an asset.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Flexible working hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with willingness to work longer hours if needed.
