Westland Insurance Group is growing and has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Insurance Advisor in Victoria, BC at our Uptown branch. If you love discussing insurance and providing exceptional client service, you will enjoy working with Westland! We seek a career-minded individual focused on expanding their insurance industry knowledge and experience.
Expected Compensation: The hourly rate for this role ranges from $25.60 to $32.00, based on qualifications and experience, with a 35-hour work week. Compensation will be determined considering internal equity.

As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you will educate clients on insurance products, manage client relationships, and help grow our community presence. You will also handle complex insurance cases and support team development.

- You have a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- You excel at building authentic client relationships
- You are an excellent time manager, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- You have 2-3 years of industry experience
- You hold an Insurance Broker Level 2 license and are working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)

- Work with clients to identify complex challenges, needs, and provide tailored recommendations
- Share your expertise by coaching and mentoring junior team members
