Hays is currently recruiting for a Junior Property Manager for a rapidly growing Montreal based client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational aspects of the properties including maintenance requests. You will act as the property manager and supervise all relevant personnel.
Responsibilities Assist all outside vendors with property issues Manage property inventory Solve all maintenance requests filed by property inhabitants Managing the in-house maintenance and cleaning crew. Responsible for move-in and move-out inspections. Point of contact for existing tenants and lease renewals.
Collaborate with the Leasing Manager Comfortable doing reports to update management Qualifications \~1 - 3 years of property experience \~ Detail-oriented and strong communication skills \~ Knowledge of Hopem and BuildingStack \~ Bilingual Compensation Salary- 60,000$ to 70,000$ Annual performance Bonus- 2,500$ to 5,000$ Group Insurance+ Dental 2 week vacation Cell phone provided Free parking onsite and at the office
