Job Description
- Execute sales strategies, marketing plans, and develop proactive sales plans to create a competitive advantage and foster long-term profitable partnerships.
- Plan and schedule customer seminars and sales support activities to drive growth.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of prescription safety eyewear for professionals in Health \& Safety, Human Resources, and Purchasing within the region.
- Apply problem-solving skills to conduct needs analysis and recommend suitable safety solutions.
- Follow safety policies and procedures at Hoya, customer locations, and adhere to the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Maintain optical product knowledge and understanding of safety hazards in customer environments.
- Communicate effectively and follow up promptly with customers and team members.
- Collaborate with the team, share best practices, support colleagues, and meet KPIs; attend sales meetings regularly.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven Industrial Safety Sales experience.
- Fluent bilingual skills in French and English preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel within the territory.
- Knowledge of sales processes and a team-oriented attitude.
- Post-secondary education in business or marketing preferred.
