Position Overview We're looking for a motivated Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to join our growing operations team. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless distribution of fresh food across the region---both onsite and online---while maintaining high standards for accuracy, quality, and timeliness in a complex logistical landscape.
The ideal candidate is based in or near Woodstock, Tillsonburg, Stratford, or the surrounding area, with access to our warehouse and facilities.
This position begins as part-time, with strong potential to quickly grow into a full-time role. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end-to-end supply chain strategies that support expansion and meet evolving demand.
- Maintain inventory management and ERP systems to track supply, process pre-orders, and monitor deliveries.
- Collaborate with farmers, food providers, and suppliers to match supply with demand and negotiate contracts.
- Resolve delivery issues quickly and efficiently to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, identifying bottlenecks and improving operational efficiency.
- Track logistics costs and ensure compliance with all legal and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food distribution or a similar supply chain environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Leadership experience and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset
