We are looking for supportive Server Assistantsto enhance our Service Team. As a Server Assistant, you support your Server with customer needs and table maintenance to ensure flawless execution. As one half of a "dynamic-duo" you are key in our customers having a great experience at Birdies Eats \& Drinks.
As a Server Assistant, you will:
- Assist your assigned Server in providing exceptional customer experiences.By anticipating the needs of both your server and customers, you're one step ahead of the game at all times.
- Create authentic connections in every interaction.Elevate every day's experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with customers.
- Be a problem solver and a supportive team player.Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
