Our Construction Engineering client in Richmond is recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed mechanical designs in AutoCAD from concept, tender, permit, and construction for residential buildings.
- Coordinate all construction documents inclusive of concrete deck planning and layout and Mechanical room Layouts
- Create As-built drawings
- Manage site instructions
- Review equipment shop drawings
Requirements/Qualifications
- Experience in high- rise residential construction
- Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry
- A Can do attitude
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks well
- Knowledge of Mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems designs
- Proficient with MS Office- Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong AUTOCAD skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Experience in Revit 3D modelling is a plus
