What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Own and manage end-to-end model development, guiding others in research, data engineering, and evaluation.

Operate in an agile manner, focusing on quick iterations based on customer needs.

Be accountable for all research deliverables on small to medium-sized projects.

Communicate research findings in peer-reviewed publications and develop patentable ideas.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and translate business objectives into technical requirements.
What is Required (Qualifications):

PhD in a relevant discipline or a Master's with comparable experience.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience building information retrieval (IR) and natural language processing (NLP) systems for commercial applications.

Experience writing production code and ensuring well-managed software delivery.

Demonstrable experience in translating complex problems into successful AI applications.

Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
